Forest Therapy

What is Forest Therapy?

Naturalist John Muir states "The clearest way into the Universe is through a forest of wilderness"

Forest Therapy (forest bathing), known as shinrin-yoku in Japan - is a meditative and therapeutic practice that allows and encourages our reconnection with nature.  It is a rejuvenating practice which supports the disconnection of the daily distractions that can cause stress, anxieties and illness.

Forest Therapy is beneficial and accessible for all ages and abilities.  It is known to improve overall health, reduce stress and anxiety, and create a deeper understanding of self.

Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes and are offered as private, semi-private or small group.  Sessions will be tailored to your needs and time frames.
