Tiny Mighty Little Yoga  (ages 2.5-4)

5:30-6:00pm

This class is prefect for our littlest yogis who like to move and groove. Through music and movement, this class fosters and improves our preschool children's motor function, creativity, agility, balance and coordination.

Twisted Trees Kids Yoga (ages 4+)

6:00-6:45pm

Kids are true yogis at heart!  The four-week series are structured to build upon each class while teaching children body and mind practices that will improve concentration, self-regulation and fundamental movement skills.

Private Therapeutic Yoga sessions are uniquely designed for your physical and emotional bodies in order to obtain your therapeutic goals.  We will work collaboratively to determine your short-term and long-term goals. Whether you simply want to deepen your yoga practice, work specifically on body image, self esteem, emotional balance, mindfulness or cultivate relaxation techniques into your daily life.  

Private therapeutic yoga sessions create an amazing opportunity for you to connect with your body, mind and spirit.
